I'm very impressed with Ken Stegall. He asks questions, looks me in the eye as I talk with him then he pauses while he makes notes. It's so easy to trust someone when they greet you with a handshake and they listen intently to what you have to say. Great job.

Ken Stegall offers a positive outlook concerning my health. He is honest about my situation, but encourages me to make positive, forward-moving changes. In the past, my doctors have told me that I would always be overweight, struggle with related health issues, and that I should just accept it. Under Ken Stegall's care over the last few years, I've seen my weight decrease, diabetes become far more managed, and I have a healthier outlook in general.

He is so patient and is a great listener.
